Simon Landick, Senior Building Services Designer (electrical) has over 40 years’ experience in the building services electrical design industry. Simon has been responsible for the design, documentation, cost estimation, tender review, contract administration, construction inspections and practical completion inspections for a wide range of projects.
Simon’s vast experience in all stages of building services design and construction, has made him a renowned specialist, particularly where sensitive information is involved. Simon’s high level of professionalism ensures that he is well respected within the industry.
Emily Webb, Mechanical Engineer, is a registered RPEQ Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the preparation of fee proposals, estimates, design, documentation, construction management and auditing of building mechanical services.
Emily has been devoted to minimising the effect of mechanical services on the environment by focusing on energy improvement strategies encompassing the building fabric, electrical and mechanical systems. This holistic approach ensures that Emily is a valuable team member and she is able to provide advice to the whole project team to ensure that the client’s time, cost and quality targets are achieved.
