Fields of Competence

Simon has over 25 years experience working as an electrical building services designer within the Government sector for Project Services and the Private Sector for Electrical Engineering Design Pty Ltd. During this period he has been responsible for the design, documentation, cost estimation, tender reviews, contract administration, construction inspections, final completion inspections and commissioning of a wide range of building services projects.

Simon has experience in all facets of electrical engineering design for building services including electrical systems (reticulation, lighting, security lighting, power, diesel generators, uninterruptible power supplies, lightning protection, etc.), transportation systems (lifts, hoists), fire detection systems and emergency warning systems. Simon also has considerable experience in AutoCAD and Revit design and drafting.
